The 2025 Outdoor and Adventure Expo, hosted by LR Classic, takes place at B’Sorah in Broederstroom from 15 to 17 August (see ticket prices below). As always, this year’s event showcases the latest 4x4s and 4×4 equipment, along with newly launched and late-model caravans, including those of the off-road variety. Trailers, camping equipment, and specialised outdoor electronic gear will also be on display. In addition, outdoor clothing, hiking and cycling gear, including e-bikes, braais, and a variety of other outdoor essentials will also be present.

Moreover, the Outdoor and Adventure Expo features a unique layout with three main exhibition areas, set in a natural environment. Caravans, off-road caravans, and trailers are grouped together, allowing visitors to compare options from entry-level to luxurious. Next to this area, 4×4 vehicles and accessories will be on display. Elsewhere on-site, other outdoor exhibitors are stationed near the day visitor entrance. Notably, the 4×4 exhibition includes a demonstration track, where exhibitors showcase products and demonstrate their 4x4s’ capabilities.

For the more adventurous, visitors can hike or mountain bike on the farm, and take test rides with mountain bike and e-bike exhibitors. Additionally, a guided self-drive route, suitable for 4x4s and SUVs, is available. The Off-Road Marshalling Unit of SA manages the 4×4 obstacle course. Family-friendly activities round out the experience.

Meanwhile, the rugby game between the Springboks and Australia (on Saturday) and UFC fight between Dricus du Plessis and Khamzat Chimaev (on Sunday) will be shown. Both matches screen on the big screen in the beer tent. Coffee stalls and food vendors will also be present.

For pet owners, it is worth noting that this family-friendly event welcomes dogs, provided they remain on a leash. Camping tickets cost R600 per person and include weekend expo access. Tickets can be booked online at TicketPro. Alternatively, day visitor tickets are available online and at the entrance gate. Day passes cost R70 for pensioners and children aged seven to 18, and R120 for adults. Finally, tickets for hiking, cycling, and the self-drive 4×4 course will also be available at the gate.
