INEOS has revealed the Grenadier Game Viewer, an in-house converted game vehicle based on the Grenadies. INEOS Kavango, the INEOS sub-brand that specialises in custom safari vehicle conversions, will build the Grenadier Game Viewer in Botswana, with production set to begin in early 2026. The safari-spec Grenadier will be available in long and extra-long wheelbase guises, with between four and nine seats.

The Grenadiers will be supplied to the Ineos Hambach assembly plant in Botswana in a partial-build state. The vehicles will be delivered to Ineos Kavango with no paint, tailgates, seats (except the front), side windows, roof panel, trims or unnecessary electrical features. No chassis modifications are required, preserving the full strength and durability of the vehicle’s original ladder-frame chassis.

Buyers can work with the Ineos Kavango team to customise their Grenadier Game Viewer to meet individual needs, including seating, storage layout and roof design. The factory-backed conversion is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Owners can service the vehicle themselves using approved procedures and genuine parts without voiding the warranty.

Lynn Calder, CEO of INEOS Automotive, said, “This is the Grenadier coming full circle. Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s original inspiration for a modern, robust 4X4 came while on safari in Botswana almost ten years ago. This deep connection with Africa was borne out in the Goodwood concept and in the final production design. The teams at Hambach and INEOS Kavango have been working together for the last 18 months to bring the Grenadier Game Viewer to life as a full production model, and we can’t wait to see it in service.”
