Just like the coupé, the Roadster employs a 6.0-litre, twin-turbocharged V12. The Mercedes-AMG-sourced unit, produces 635 kW and 1 100 N.m of torque, the latter of which on tap as soon as the rev needle edges the 2 800 r/min marker. Power is exclusively sent to the rear axle via a transmission setup comprising an Xtrac seven-speed automated manual transmission (AMT) or, if you prefer swapping cogs yourself, a manual gearbox.

Although Pagani hasn’t released just how quick the Utopia Roadster is in a straight line, from zero to 100 km/h, the company has revealed the drop-top’s top speed. The Utopia Roadster tops out at an electronically governed 350 km/h. Noteworthy, Pagani claims the Roadster tips the scales at the same weight as the coupé (1 280 kg).

Stopping power is provided by a set of Brembo carbon-ceramic brake discs, measuring 410 mm and 390 mm at the front and rear, respectively. Six-piston fore and four-piston aft monolithic callipers are also present. These items are housed behind 21-inch front and 22-inch rear forged monolithic alloy wheels.
The Pagani Utopia Roadster is priced at €3.1 million, which, at the current Rand-Euro exchange rate, translates to a whopping R61 105 030. Only 130 examples will be made.
